So will the blue ones end up with barring? So I'll have what looks like a blue cuckoo maran kind of?
 
The blue males will get barring, yes.

I need to get some updated pictures. Here are a blue barred cockerel....



and a blue sex link pair. Female in front, male in back.



I'll see if I have any more pics of blue barred cockerels.

I've found with the blue barred birds, the amount of barring you get can vary greatly. Some of my roosters only show barring in the hackles and saddle feathers, some are barred all over.
