There are many possibilities that it could be. A veterinarian is your best option. That costs money you may not have or want to spend. Consider putting the bird on antibiotics. I recommend tetracycline.'

Check the throat for an obstruction.

Update. Eating and drinking! She was walking around the house. Looks much better but I'll feel better if she is still strong in the morning.
