I have a Rhode island red, that sounds like she has water in her lungs. Is this the end of her?
help!

NP not yet. I found her almost frozen to death. She is awake now but sounds like she has a stuffy nose.
You should bring her inside to get warm and dry, then offer her water with electrolytes (SaveAChick, Pedialyte, even Gatorade.) Feel of her crop to make sure it is emptying. Look for any signs of a respiratory disease. It's good that you found her in time. Let us know how she is tomorrow. Welcome to BYC.

Crop? Where is that? Sounds like she is breathing thru water.
The crop is located at the front of the bird ~
If it has food in you can generally feel it or sometimes even see it protruding out.
Sounding like she is breathing through water sounds respiratory to me.
