I got these from a friend and have no idea what breed they are
Help identify the breed?!

Would need a better picture of the hens to know for sure but they look like Australorps or black sex links (Sex links will have red on the breast Australorps will be all black. The rooster looks like a Welsummer or Black Copper Marans, if it has feathered feet then its a Marans
The hens look solid black to me, so unless I'm missing seeing some reddish/copper colored feathering around the neck area, they appear to be Black Australorp hens. The rooster is not a Welsummer with those slate legs as Welsummers have yellow legs, but it does look like a Black Copper Marans. The French SOP for Marans calls for feathered legs, but the English SOP for Marans calls for bare legs, and hatchery quality BCMs here in the USA sometimes lack leg feathering.

I wasn't sure about them being Australorps because they didn't seem big enough and I'll have to try to get better pictures tonight but there's one with white around her neck and some different colors. Thank you guys for helping identify my rooster! I've been reading all sorts of different threads on here for awhile now and finally decided to join the page and I am so glad I did!
The white feathering was hidden in your first pic. Looks like a mixed breed to me.
