Quail Pipping

So my bobwhite quail starting piping on Sunday, well at least one did out of 23 and then more and more starting piping yesterday. But I am kind of concerned about them because I haven't seen any progress in their hatch. Should I be worried about them? I am used to baby chickens piping and then hatching in less than 12 hours after but I am just making sure. How long is it usually to when they pip to when they start to hatch?
 
I have done quail twice and getting ready to do blue breasted quail this weekend. The others I have done were coturnix. It seemed a few pipped but none hatched til they all were ready. Then it was like pop corn. One went and they all went. I read somewhere that because they are semi wild they hatch that way as a kind of security. Don't know how true it is...
