My chickens love live meal worms the most every single one of them. But every single one my friends chickens love salami the most how weird is that. what are your chickens favorite food?

Mine I take earth worms and hold them about a foot above there head and they jump up and take it out of my hand but now I try to give them the worms and now they act like what is that and won't even touch it they used to love them things

Dried meal worms are the all time treat here! Those things are like chicken crack to my girls, they never get enough. After that, their favorite would have to be bread. I bake a lot of bread and about once a week they get a slice or heel of bread we haven't finished.

Mine LOVE lima beans

I know he's not a chicken, but I think it's funny....my turkey, who is seven months old and the sweetest thing on the planet

He'll eat his turkey chow, won't touch chicken food, won't touch treats, won't eat anything I give him. Weather it's veggie scraps or specially prepared oatmeal, he sticks his snood in the air and refuses to touch it.
Then Thanksgiving came...
Having lots of leftovers, we took some to the chickens as the days went by. The chickens got some turkey, and though I knew he wouldn't eat it, I took Griffin (the turkey) some cranberry sauce and dressing. And lo and behold, he scarfed it down like he was starving.
He still won't eat anything else but his turkey chow, but absolutely loves Thanksgiving side-dishes.
