Hello here is my coop and run design

Hello I will be moving my coop and run to the other side of my yard come spring and it is close to probably 500-700 pounds and was wondering is there anyway I could easily move it to the other side of the yard with out are trailer I was thinking of putting like 4x4s on the legs to maybe easily allow it to slide thanks all replies are welcome

Well, you could put it on 4x4 skids like you stated, but without any heavy equipment it will be awful tough to drag a 500-700 pound coop--especially if the ground is uneven or soft. Set the coop (with its new skids) up on some rollers and it becomes much easier to push or pull along. The tough part becomes moving the rollers from the back to the front, over and over, until you get to where you want the coop to rest.

Yes but if I would cut the 4x4s at an angle maybe to help it go easier the only thing I wouldn't really no how to do if I were to go with that idea is how would I attach it to the truck of something to pull it because I would hook it to the legs but I would be afraid it would rip the legs off or something with trying to get it through the sort level ground but there is roosters and rocks and dips and bumps in the yard so
 
We've moved heavy items using several steel pipes as "rollers". Number of pipes needed depends on the size of what you're moving. You could also use round logs or fence posts.
Starting at the "front", get the item up onto several of the "rollers" adding "rollers" in front as you go along moving the item forward. When the first/original "roller" is out the "rear", move it to the front and continue moving the last "roller" to the front until the item is moved to where you want it.
