You typically just have to wait until they're older- at least a few weeks. Maybe when they get older you could post pics of them and we could help you out

This is one of five baby rirs they are a week old now and have wing feathers and started growing tail feathers can anyone tell me if it is a hen or a cockerel or is it too early
 
I think you'll still have to wait a few weeks to find out. But don't worry, it will pass faster than you think!
 
My RIR's are two weeks six days can any one tell me if they are hens or Roos?? I have to give a few away very soon to family so if possible help! My camera on my phone isn't working right now so can you please tell me what to look for in characeristics of the bird

They are about five or six weeks old.
They have gotten big very fast like you said. They grow up so fast

They certainly have grown up fast! It's hard to tell sexes from the pictures that are posted, though. Do you think you could get any close-ups of the head area? That would be helpful! :)
