When to move to the brooder

This is my first batch of eggs, I have silkies, legbars and orpingtons, one has hatched and is very excited, runnin and knocking the eggs but her back and the top of her head seem damp or spars fluff? But the rest of her is dry? Do I remover her or wait an hour ?!
 
That is totally up to you. I do it both ways, depending on the mood I'm in. Sometimes I wait and take all the chicks out after the hatch is complete. Sometimes I get an especially rambunctious batch of chicks and I take them out in batches as they're hatching (sometimes they're still pretty wet when I remove them). Never had a problem either way. I should add: I've never had a problem shrink wrapping my chicks because of opening the incubator during hatch. I run the humidity around 60-75% at hatch time.

I have a strange incubator, I add water at the back in two funnels so I don't know % 4 have popped out of 9 so I'm assuming it's fine? But before I read this I had opened it during "lockdown" am I in trouble ?!
