Debeaked Isa Browns. Not happy

Hi all, I'm Gaz. The story. Have acquired 10 Isa hens that have had their upper beak badly debeaked/trimmed. Their lower beaks are protruding so much that the girls can't forage properly. Is there a way to shorten their lower beak so that they can do what hens like to do ?
 
Welcome to BYC. Sorry about your hens. I'm not sure about trimming lower beaks. I really don't like the practice of beak trimming, but many hatcheries sell started birds with trimmed beaks, so they don't cannibalize each other when penned together.
