Neck Twisting Problems

Hi, our rooster has a weird neck twisting issue. It usually occurs after he crows, but sometimes it seems to happen randomly as well. We're not sure what it is, possibly wry neck? Any advice is welcome. It seems to be getting worse. Click to see the vimeo video of it:

It's hard to tell.
I don't think some vitamins/electrolytes will hurt. If you suspect wry neck make sure whatever you choose to give him has Vitamin E in it.
Any other symptoms? Staggering, sneezing, runny nose, etc.?
What type of foods/treats do you give him and do you supply any grit?

Thanks, we will try vitamin e. Yes, he's had other strange issues like running into things, but this may be because he needed his feathers trimmed around his eyes so he can see better. Just trimmed them today. Also the other day it looked like he had a seizure of sorts. Shaking and rolling around in the weeds for 15 seconds or so, Getting all tangled. Then it suddenly stopped and he laid there for a while before getting up. Up until this point he's been eating Lay pellet and left over food (bread, veggies, etc.). Haven't given him grit...

Does he have access to any type of grit, sand, dirt?
Since he is stumbling around, have you noticed if he has any nasal / eye discharge, sneezing, wheezing coughing?
Was he vaccinated for Marek's?
