I can't see a bulls eye from the photo but if you compare what you can see with the naked eye to the photos in the link below i think you will have a better idea.

I am pretty sure I saw a 'bullseye' in the yoke. If there is one, then the egg is fertile.

Can't see a bull's eye, just a solid white dot. That means infertile.
