Chicken Earlobe??

I'll check with Q-tips in the morning. (Sorry had to leave somewhere for awhile so couldn't reply). She isn't shaking her head or scratching at all, it doesn't seem to bother her, no one is bothering her, and everyone is getting along and acting normal. All the chickens will sneeze from time to time, but I know that there are 2 reasons for sneezing: dust, or illness, and I know for a fact it's dust, because since we live in Wisconsin and it's still bitterly cold and some are not fully mature we keep blankets over their "coop" until there's is done. Therefore dust is trapped (we know because the heating lamps are coated in dust). No gasping at all, eyes and nose are normal and dry. I would say her eyes look puffy but then I look at t he picture of my other barnevelder and the "puffiness" is the same, also I took a look at my other chickens, all normal. (The sun was directly in her eye too).
When I came home I took a look at them and her swelling seems to have gone down, the shape has changed, and it's less noticeable (unlike before), her feathers are now almost completely covering it up again. Her earlobe (instead of looking puffy and oval in shape) has now taken a more normal shape with a sort of "fold" in the middle.

My assumption was that her ears suddenly grew or something?? Because now they look normal, just bigger. But I'd rather be safe then sorry..

It's Wisconsin where I live and we let them out today because it was unusually warm (50's) and they're winter chicks so that's probably the warmest they've experienced, but I don't know if that counts. The swelling already seems to have drastically went down but tomorrow I will try both Q-tips and cool water.
