Probably a modern game mix of some sort. Doesn't look pure.
Generally it is best to create a separate thread for each breed question. You can do that at the main "What Breed or Gender" forum page to create an individual thread.

Since their developing wing feathers are white, they are not Rhode Island or Production Reds. They are Red Sex Links and are all definitely females.
Often that is true, but I have had some Production Reds, and even a few hatchery RIR's (which of course are ultimately really Production Reds), have wing tips that first came in white before the feathers change to darker colors.
Even some of my black chicks have feathered white at the wing tips at this early stage before turning fully black.
At this point, I think the solid reddish looking chicks are Red Sex Links, but I would watch the ones with the striping. Those may be more of a Production Red, albeit a bit lighter than most. My Gold Star chicks have all been buff red with no sign of striping...that is a RIR/PR thing...although ghosting could occur depending upon what the foundation stock were to get to the GS.
Gold Stars are one of my favorite hybrids to purchase as chicks. I try to pick up some at least every other year. I have never failed to have a GS lay prolifically the most beautiful terra cotta eggs. I have a number GS eggs under a broody at this point to see what the result will come of a Barnevelder roo (dark layer) over a Gold Star hen (gorgeous terra cotta)...I should get some nice red laced layers with the hopes of a rich red egg color. Time will tell.
My thoughts and experiences.
