16 week old pullet very ill, lethargic, yellow diarrhea, losing weight.. Please help

Anyone out there please give me advice before I lose her...
I have a 16 week old EE. She is very lethargic, depressed, not eating anything except yogurt, ruffled feathers, yellow diarrhea then it changed later to watery green dirrahea. When she started acting off I immediately thought cocci, so she has been on corid for 2 days. She is not improving, just going downhill.
One thing to note is that I have acquired other 7 week old pullets from a person from Craigslist and I have had them in quarantine for 2 1/2 weeks until I took them outside and kept them separated, yet my EE is the only one who went up to the separate cage and tried to peck them.
I believe she got something from the new ones.
She is not showing any signs of respitory distress, no trouble breathing, no rattles, nothing!!
I am scared and confused, I thought the corid would help a little quicker, now I am doubting myself if I have the right diagnosis at all.
I know with cocci you usually see bloody feces, however I have read that cocci can present itself in yellow diarrhea. I also and concerned that if I go and get a deworming Med I will end up killing her.. Help please!! Anyone out there that has had same symptoms and figured out what it was?

Is she drinking the Corid? You can give her some undiluted or concentrated Corid 1-2 drops twice a day, and feed her some of the medicated water with a syringe. Tube feeding may be something you may also want to try. There is a good thread called "go team tube feeding" that you may want to read by going to the top of this page to the search box. Your regular vet could also do a fecal float for coccidiosis and worms which could rule out a few things.

Ok, I will try the tube feeding, yes she is drinking the water. I did try to syringe feed her last night with her food mushed up and the medicated water. She seemed willing to eat it. I don't have a small enough tube to use for tube feeding, so I will have to stop and get that.
Does it sound like she has cocci?
The vet thing I will check into, however I am going to need to find one closer to us, bc ours is 50 miles away and I just can't do that.

It is possible to get coccidiosis from chicks who have been on soil elsewhere since there are more than 9 strains that affect chickens. The main symptoms of cocci are lethargy, weakness, hunched or puffed up posture with neck drawn in, poor appetite, and diarrhea with mucus or blood. Not all strains cause blood in stools. Since Corid is safe, many just go ahead and treat. She also may be starting to mature or lay eggs, but probably a couple of weeks away. Is her comb getting red? They can act a bit off before they start. Try adding some water to a small amount of her feed, and mix a little yogurt or raw egg into it. Chickens with cocci do not feel like eating due to pain in their bellies. Fluids are most important. Chickens who are dehydrated or kpt from food and water by other chickens can look like they have cocci. Here are a couple of links to read:

Ok I took a pic of her most recent poop. Very light yellow mucusy poop with darker poo. Any thoughts?

The only way to know is a fecal float, since there are a few possibilities and all present similar symptoms (to a point).

I haven't gotten brave enough to do them myself, but you can order the float test kits online and do them at home. Just for info.

^ That's what you would need (tests and float)... Oh, and a microscope! Since your vet is so far, it may be worth investing in some of that.

Yes, yes those are all the symptoms she is having minus the bloody poop! I washnder the impression that the main thing in cocci is the bloody poop. She doesn't have that at all, and she will eat yogurt, and she did drink a decent amount for me last night after I syringe fed her some of her food mushed up with the medicated water.
I am just wondering why she has not really perked up yet. I thought with corid it would be a lot quicker.

Oh I forgot to add the part about her comb.
Yes, I have noticed her skin around her face gets red, I will have to pay more attention to her comb.

You can take a sample of her poo to the vet for parasite testing. I've done that recently because we're having issues with coccidia. Vet recommended corid and I see you're already doing that. Maybe double check your dose to make sure it's strong enough and put a separate water container out for apple cider vinegar mixed with vitamins. She may have other intestinal parasites so if your vets says it's safe, maybe try a dewormer too

Ok, I have one thing that I don't get. Here is her poop after I tube fed her. She is losing so much weight I went by a medical supply store and ended up buying a catheter that was small enough to use for tube feeding.
