ALSO NOTICED THAT THE HENS ARE PECKING AT HIM , ON HIS HEAD AND ON THE COMB AND HIS NECK HAS A RAW SPOT ON IT. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO OR IDEA WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Welcome to BYC. Is he new to the hens or pretty young? You may want to put something like betadine or Nustock cream on his wounds and bare spot to heal and hide them. Do you have mosquitoes out now where you live? Could you post a picture of his spots, just in case it could be fowl pox?
