If a chicken is internally laying can she still lay eggs?

That's a tough question.
In My Opinion, I would have to say yes. Internal laying is where the egg or yolk does not go through the oviduct (for whatever reason) and is deposited into the abdomen. That's not to say the next one won't go through correctly. Could be a one time thing or become a severe problem, time would tell.
That said, is your hen showing any symptoms that makes you think that she an internal laying problem?What signs/symptoms are you seeing?

Well, she goes through phases. Around December 15th, 2015, she was acting sick and pooed egg white. I took her to the vet, and he said she was just taking a break from laying. She felt better after a few days of living inside. About a month later, she layed about 6 great eggs, then one super soft-shelled, then stopped for another month. Then she layed 2 eggs, and now, she stopped again. Every now and the , she goes through days where she doesn't move much, isn't too interested in food (she eats a little though) and closed her eyes a bit. Then the next day, she's normal. Maybe she's having chicken-nightmares. I just don't know what's going on! Hahah
 
What type of food/treats do you give her?
Do you offer oyster shell free choice?
How old is she?
It sounds like it could be the beginning of some type of laying issue(s) which are outlined in the links I provided.
 
I give her layena pellets, and she does have oyster shells. We give them leftovers sometimes too. She's 1 1/2
