what a little beauty! I'd guess pullet as well but sikies are an odd breed until they lay or crow
Pretty non bearded partridge pullet 
Looks like a pullet, here is a pic of my Buff silkie pullet-
Your pullet looks like a mix between a buff silkie and a partridge silkie, i could be wrong
Anyway, i agree with kherokee- silkies are an odd breed, you can never tell if their girl or boy till they crow or lay an egg. My silkies acted and looked just like a roo but turned out to be a hen.
