i HAVE 4 CHICKEN 2 BROWN AND 1 BLACK ND ONE WHIITE

I have 4 chicken 2 brown and one white and one black, the black and white chicken have feathers pull and redness seen close to the tail , NY ONE NOWS WHY? COULD BE MOLTING

That's a pretty big, sore looking area on your black chicken...it doesn't look like molting from what I can see. How big is your coop and what are you feeding them? Also, have you checked them over for mites?

Some more details and maybe a closer picture would be helpful.
 
Mites or feather picking. Check the birds and the coop over for mites. Also make sure that your birds have enough room. The bare minimum for Leghorn sized birds is 4 sq ft of coop space, 10 sq ft of run space per bird. Larger, dual purpose breeds need more room. Smaller, bantam breeds need less.
 
Also looks like the black chicken has a bald area in front of the tail. Does the white one has the same sores? If the brown birds are untouched, it could be them - doing all the damage. Do you have a rooster that is overbreeding them? I would separate the brown ones from the two with sores or injuries, so they have a chance to heal.
