Hi all I not sure if this is posting in the correct place as I've only just joined. Sorry if its not.
Anyways my question to anyone that can help is I have a frizzle chicken she's about 18 months old and I've had her from hatching as one of my other chickens hatched her. She was fine this morning going round the garden with the rest of the girls (I have 5) scratching, eating, pruning etc. And also she laid. But this afternoon I went out to remove one of the girls from a flower tub! (again lol) and noticed she was just sat In the middle of the lawn, she tried to walk over to me but couldn't balance almost like she was drunk. She made it to me eventually but was holding her wings out and falling all over the place. I've checked her over and she seems fine, she's still eating and drinking fine and trying to carry on as normal but cant obviously. I saw her around an hour before she stated acting like this and she was fine so it was quiet sudden also the rest of the girls are fine. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks.

That breed frizzle is she? Silkies for instance are very prone to brain damage due to a bump or peck to the head. If she is a fizzled silkie (called sizzles this could be what she has.
In any case please do post on the ER thread in fullest detail and photos or even short video of how she is moving.

Hi thanks for your reply's I've just posted a revised question on the other forum as I've realised its only after she lays an egg and the next day she's fine until she lays again.(she lays every other day)As for her breed I was just told frizzle so I'm not sure (I got her as an egg and had my silkie cross hatch her). Thanks again.
