We have the general build done, now I just need to add trim and paint it!

The coop was built by my friend who originally had these chickens, she has to move to a rental so we brought them plus the coop home. It was awful to transport. We rebuilt the run and just got finished with that today before a storm hit. So far we love it. I left those plants in there for them to forage through so far they've gotten tons of bugs out of there. Now I need to think of a paint color :) my friend suggested a pale yellow, but I'm not a big fan of that idea. Any suggestions? I think we are also planning to add trim around all the run frame to secure the wire better. There is wire running all along the roof under the tin to make it even more safe.

Looks great so far. Good work! With regards to color just choose whatever you all like best (you can always paint over it haha)

Looks good. How about paint to match/compliment your house? Unless your run has a floor you may want to put an apron around it or bury wire around the perimeter.

It does have wire buried all around :) Oh and our house is grey and cream colored. Not very interesting lol. I was thinking maybe a light blue. Not too sure yet! I think whatever it will be, I'll do the trim grey to at least match a little

We also plan on wiring the fence it's up on too, but ran out of time today since a big storm hit

I added some boredom busters today, all the rain we got completely jacked up the run floor. Any tips on helping it dry faster? It's been sunny today but the run has a solid roof.
