Got this little one today. Any idea what it could be?

Updated pic of the little silkie :) It's getting more feathers on it's legs now. It is larger than the production reds that I got at the same time though. Are silkies as large as other egg laying breeds? I always thought they were a smaller breed.

a silkie chick should be smaller than the reds. While I agree it's a silkie due to the leg color, 5 toes and feather texture, the leg feathering is very sparse for a silkie. The feathering should extend all the way down the leg and on to at least 1 or 2 of the toes. It may have some cross in it's ancestry for size.

I recently hatched some white and some blue silkies. The whites were a lot larger. It's still super cute :D
