Chick with wry neck with other chickens?

A while ago I posted about one of my Light Brahmas having wry neck. For the past several weeks I've been treating her (Vitamin E, selenium, and B-complex on sunflower seeds), but she doesn't seem to be getting better. In fact, she seems worse; her head used to be just turned to the side, but now it's going downwards, and often twists underneath her. I didn't separate her from the others because she was so unhappy, and they don't really pick on her (though I think she gets stressed out easily). She can eat and drink by herself, but now, they are more than six weeks old, and I'm ready to move them up to the coop with the other chickens. But I'm not sure what to do with her. Will my other chickens pick on her? Should I separate her? I'm really don't want to because the others may not accept her if I'm able to heal her and put her back. I'm worried it may be genetic and therefore incurable since she came like that (I know the hatchery isn't supposed to sell birds with wry neck, but it was barely noticeable). What should I do?
