I bought this little batam with 4 others and he's (I'm thinking its a cockerel) about half the size of the other bantams that I bought with him. Anyone know what breed he is and if its normal for him to be this tiny. He's about 3 and a half weeks old

It's a good bet he's OEGB, probably Silver Duckwing. Any time you get a super tiny, chipmunk patterned, clean-legged chick from the assorted bantam bin, you can be nearly certain it's an OEGB. And with a comb like that at 3 weeks... you've got a sweet little boy on your hands. Congrats. I've got a White OEGB named Doug and he is the love on my life - whenever I'm at work he's either on my shoulder, in my pocket, or milling around my feet.

Queen Misha, is Doug "pocket broken," or does he wear a diaper.

Here's the two grey ones. All 3 of them are the same age (3.5 weeks). Not sure on gender yet. I think the light one is a male and the dark is a female,my guess is just based on attitude mainly. If the bigger ones aren't OEGB then any suggestions on what they might be?

Ha... I line the pocket with paper towels when he's in there. He has a permanently injured wing and putting them on would be a problem so diapers are out for him! Just as well... I keep him at my workplace and he gets the run of the shop and office most days, the floor is cement so I just clean up after him while I'm tidying. I originally wanted to take him home but the customers loved seeing him too much and my boss liked him so much he didn't want to let him leave! We agreed on shared custody, I get "visitation" on my workdays.
