Hey Chad

Clever idea to use chain to raise the pad up as they grow.  I may use that on my MHP, haven't put it together yet but since I am putting it in a dog crate, chains or rope would work well for when they get a bit taller.

Ooh, I do like the suspended technique! Much less chance of chicks getting stuck somewhere.

This is awesome Chad. Thank you for posting! I am totally saving this idea-- I use a heating pad for brooding, and I like your way of suspending it. :)
