I'm new to this whole "post online, discussion board, chicken owning" thing!
I'm excited and mildly nervous. I'm a city girl, who still lives in the city, but happens to have one of those zoning exceptions. We have 8 chicks: 2 barred rocks, and 1 each of - Delaware, Ameraucana, Rhode Island & New Hampshire Reds, Black Australorp, and a white silkie. And, yes, I'm addicted and want more. I want eggs for everyone I know, and we started this journey 2 and a half weeks ago! haha
Anywho, looking forward to meeting you all!

Yep, chickens are addicting! Take lots of pictures of your little ones, they grow quickly!

I feel like everywhere else, I need to be embarrassed, but here I feel silly pride in saying: I got 3 more ameraucanas last weekend! Lol
My SIL calls it chicken math....hahahahaha, I so get it now! ;)
