Please Help!! Chick Not Well

Hey everyone! I noticed s chick was in the same spot for a very long time which unthought was unusual. I went to get her and her eyes arebtvwidecand bright. She doesn't seem to be able to move her legs :/ she moved them maybe twice but if I lift her up (gently of course) her feet kind of just dangle. And if I place her on her side she lays down or hoes to her side. Any ideas??? I feel so bad :( and nothing got to her so afraid she has a disease?
 
So I have her in her own box. The room she is in is pretty warm so I am not too worried about her getting cold? Her poo WAS runny and really dark brown but not bloody. But now I just looked in the box and it looks white/yellow and runny still. I am afraid she hasn't eaten or had a drink almost all night and all day. I put her beak in the water to see if I could encourage her but she hardly even tried. And she doesn't look underweight or anything. She is just breathing a little heavy and hardly opens her eyes anymore :( Do I need to try and find a way to hand feed her? OR would that do more damage?






 
Looks like it could be a vitamin deficiency. I would get some poultry vitamins, make sure it has Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) in it. Durvet is one that you can usually find at Tractor Supply.
Hydration is most important. Try to get liquids in her.
You can also offer her wet chick feed, eggs or tuna and see if she will eat.
You want to make sure she is warm, but not overheated. How old is she?

Oh good, we have a tractor supply so I will have my husband pick some up on the way home. I will try all of those things. If she seems disinterested in all of those...is it hopeless? Or could I still try and syringe feed her like I did my baby dove? I moved her close to the heat lamp by the other chicks just to make sure she is warm. Just hard to tell if she's overheating because her wings fan out when she's on her side automatically.

Since she is only 2wks old, I would lean toward vitamin deficiency. You can definitely try to syringe feed her like you did your baby dove. If you need help with tube/syringe feeding @casportpony is usually willing to instruct you (you can send her a pm is need be). She has several threads/helpful info on the subject. I will provide a link for you to the main article.
While Mareks is similar to the symptoms her age is still a bit young to see it develop, IMO. Your first course of action would be vitamin therapy, you should see results within a couple of days.
If you see no improvement or a decline, then you will need to consider another cause.
