I got these 4 chicks from a lady who said that they were Americauna... but I have never been around any of the chicks and I am a little curious if that is really what they are??

They could be Easter Eggers like you were told, but could also be a "Feedstore Red" (RIR, Broilers, ect) or Mixes,

A proud member of 4h and a strong bearer of the Pacific Northwest and its Cold, not to mention a chicken mommy of 3 Cochins, 1 Sicilian Buttercup, 2 Bantam EE, 1 RIR/EE Mix, 1 Mille Fleur Booted Bantam, and 2 bantam OEGB's, a Black Bearded Silkie and a double laced silver Plymouth Bantam!

I think you have a mix: a couple Plymouth Rocks (and some of the breeds mentioned by CascadiaRiver), I see a Red sex-link also.

I've raised lots of RIR, so I didn't think they were that ( maybe with the exception of the little reddish looking one)...  at what age do you think they will need to be before I can really tell what they are?

Honestly with better pictures we maybe able to tell you now. After looking at them again I think you only have Red sex-links ( aka Red stars, Red Comets) and White Plymouth Rocks.
