My poor hens foot! Help!!

I've been trying to research so I didn't have to pester everyone with what seems to be a common occurrence but I can't find exactly what to do! Her foot looks terribly painful and I'm not sure what to do!

It looks like bumblefoot. Is the foot swollen? Does it feel hard, like something's in there, or soft and liquid-like? Can you post a picture of the bottom of her foot?

A few of the nails look black. That can be common in frostbite where the rips of the toes get frostbitten and can fall off. I agree that photos of the foot pads would help, if there is any bumblefoot.
