Well the chicks are officially at room temp round the clock now at 18 days old. For the last 5 days or so they had heat only at night. They move to the coop hopefully within the week as soon as its done. So tonight is officially first night without the red light and in the dark. No freaking out. Just soft purring noises. I do believe that keeping yhem in a sunny room with the red lamp helped, they always seemed to know nighttime by how dark the rest of the room got. And theyd sleep. Im happy tonight seems no different
