Help please! Will not leave the messing box

I have a chicken who will not leave the nesting box. She is not dirty with poop. She is also losing weight. I have no idea what to do. Thank you for any advise
 
It sounds like she is broody. Assuming so, I'd suggest typing "breaking broodiness" in the search box - there is a wealth of info there. I'd say a common method is using a broody buster which is simply a small wire crate (or something with lots of holes) - have the crate suspended above the ground to increase air flow, put chicken and food and water in there and leave her there for 2-3 days.

Update! I pulled her out of the nesting box and put her on the ground. She took off to eat and drink. Only activity I've seen from her
