What to do. Is it a roo?

We got them from Dunlap because I can drive there in 10 minutes. They give a 95% pullet/cockerel assurance for all chicks EXCEPT Barred Rocks, which they only give a 75% for. Our oldie has a bow tie, but i haven't ordered his yet. Now i have to figure out how to rename this one, since his name was Rose...
