Did you activate the Oxine?
Bleach smells meaner to me.
You could definitely try the Tylan... It's .5ml/cc (for a larger bird, you could dose as high as .75ml/cc) orally for a max of 5 days. Use the syringe and give the medicine down the left side of her throat to avoid her trachea.

Please keep in mind that there are different strains of E. coli, and I'm not 100% if Tylan will treat any of them. Worth a try, though!
