Is flush free niacin okay?

Currently at the store trying to get some items for the baby..

As far as I know, plain niacin, not flush free.

Do they have a B Complex with plain niacin? That should work.

Or Nutritional yeast (not baking yeast).

The only niacin they had was flush free. The other Brian vitamins only contained about 20 MG of niacin

You can buy Nutritional yeast at health food store only 1 Tab to 1 cup of feed.

 Western N.C ~ 17 chickens= EE's, Game, variety of bantams,1Light Brahma, 2 Black Australorps . 5 Muscovy ducks, 8 Indian Runners and 2 Buff Orpington Ducks, 1 Embden gander,1 Toulouse goose , 3 mini Dachshunds, 2 mixed breed, pond goldfish,  and a wonderful Husband who makes it all possible..
