She seems healthy other wise, she just does not want to feather. My other 5 & 6 week old's are doing great in the feather dept.She has some wings,and a few tail feathers. Any thoughts, and advice would be most appreciated.

Up her protien intake a bit. Once or twice a day separate her out and give her a bit of something high protein.

No problem. You could try tuna or feather fixer feed . Either should work. I feed mine tuna once a week after the first few weeks. No feather problems and happy chickens.
