My hens are just over a year old. They get layer crumble, meal worms(1 tablespoon each a day) and a handful of grapes a few times a week, and have oyster shell available. They have been egg pumping machines this spring! Faverolle breed normally doesn't lay an egg a day but these girls have for 3 weeks straight about 5 a week each. Finally seems to have slowed down but twice this week a hen has laid a soft she'll eggs and under the roost as well so she is dropping them at night? I wain't sure if I should be worried? What else can I do? Should I wait it out and see if it solves it's self?

There's not much you can do. Some causes of soft shelled eggs are stress, a glitch, being frightened, too much panting, a few diseases can cause them, and poor nutrition. So feed a good ration, have oyster shells always available, and keep stress down. That's about all you can do.
