Baby chick sick! Please help me!

My baby chick is three days old. It has been lethargic and pooping basically water ever since we bought her (from a farm, not online.) She is half the size of the rest of the chicks we had gotten that day. They are all alert and doing very well, but she is constantly sleeping, losing her balance, and not eating. I suspected that she may have sour crop, since her crop was swollen and felt like a water balloon, so I treated her with olive oil, water, probiotic yogurt, and boiled egg yolk. She seemed to be fine after, and started pooping more solids, but she is still very lethargic and stumbling around. She is also refusing to eat. Maybe she is a runt, I'm not sure. I have been laying off of the chick feed since the sour crop and giving her egg yolk and water mixed with probiotic yogurt. What can I do to strengthen her? And if she is a runt, how do I care for her?

I would use medicated fedd,add some chopped up garlic to their diet.I would try getting her some veggies and at least TRY to get her to eat,even if it envolves putting a little in her mouth.Id also try electrolytes.
 
I just ordered electrolytes and vitamins off of amazon (hope it gets here before it's too late!) The feed I have was given to me by the chick's seller, so I'm not sure if it's medicated or not. I may have to go out and purchase some. My chick (we named her Pom Pom) takes in fluids willingly from an eye dropper but won't touch solids! So at the moment, I am giving her sugar water.

Garlic sounds like a really good idea! Since she isn't eating I may soak some garlic in water and feed her the water.

I put a few drops of Vet Rx in the brooder to prevent any respiratory problems. My other chicks are still growing incredibly fast compared to Pom Pom. They are all a week old today! Little Pom Pom still seems to be drinking more than she's eating, and sometimes she would throw up water from her crop. Any ideas of what is wrong? I feel like I've tried everything...

! She is still alive and kicking, and really starting to eat more. However, she's still small as ever and despite being three weeks old, she doesn't have a single feather on her save her wings. All my other babies have grown up and are moving out of their brooder to the coop next week. I am now certain she is a runt.

She ate a beetle today (with a lot of coaxing) as the others fought over the rest (there were so many beetles out today it was crazy.)

I am still worried about how small she is...the internet doesn't seem to help when it comes to runt chickens. Got any ideas?
