Egg Issues

I have been having an egg get laid every day with a very thin shell. It is either completely broken or almost busted. I have oyster shell as well as ground up egg shelll in the layer crumbles. I can not seem to figure this out. I have included pictures.






 
it could just be the hen's typical way she lays, I have one hen that continually lays a body checked egg, she isn't bullied and there is plenty of room too, her eggs are just like that, some hens will just lay a soft-shelled egg.
 
If she is new at laying, she may get over it overtime and get to where she lays an egg with a thicker shell, or it could be like chicklover 1998 said, it's just her way of laying. Good luck!
 
She is only a couple of years old. She was laying good eggs till about a week ago or so. Is there any "fixing" the soft shell?
 
the oyster shell is the fix but you said you have some avail. at all times and so since you said she has been laying good for a few years I would say it is her way of winding down on her egg laying days, I assume she has slowed down drastically since her first two years, some hens will change their egg as they change into their older years some will act like a pullet again(in their laying habits) lay soft shelled eggs, fairy eggs, huge eggs, multi yolker, not even laying schedule, etc.

I forgot to ask what breed is she if she is a production bird then she would def. be winding down some dual purpose breeds will slow down early, while others will lay for many good years.

My 10 month old Black Australorp always lays eggs with a thin cracked and healed area. Sometimes it's a band/ bulge around the middle, like the bottom left. Sometimes it's one spot. Today it looked like it almost broke! There is plenty of oyster shell available free choice, and mixed in to one on the rations I give. They free range part time and eat bugs etc. Any ideas?
 
She is a Rhode Island red. I have a Red Ranger and they do not lay hardly at all. The Red Ranger is only about a year old
