I have a chick that just hatched from my incubator early this morning. I noticed on its legs it had a little spot on the inside of both. It was were the spurs would be if it was a full grown rooster. The chick is half golden comet and half barred Plymouth Rock but the chick is yellow. Do these spots mean my chick is a cockerel or are they just there? I currently don't have a picture but will add one soon
