Hurt toe on buff Cochin: should I do something?

So I've got 15 buff orp pullets and one Murray McMurray rando which appears to be a buff Cochin cockerel, all about 10-12 days old.

My buff Cochin (aka Feather Feet) had some issues with pasty butt, as did 4 of my buff orp chicks. That's over, and I noticed today when I took then outside that FF had some poo pellets stuck to one of his feet, and that his inner-most toe was curled wonkily because of it. I just cleaned off the poop in warm water and set him back in the brooder, and the toe is still curling really wonkily. Like, when he's standing, at that first knuckle, it folds sideways so that it's at a really weird angle.

So far no one is bothering him about it, and I'm not sure if it just needs some time to straighten out because of the poop that was stuck there, or if it's broken, or something else, or if that matters in how I treat it.

Which is what I came here to ask: what do I do with a wonky toe on a 10-12 day old buff Cochin cockerel? If it matters, these 16 chicks will be joining my flock of 6 buff orp and 1 Lakenvelder hens once they feather out in a few months.

I also re-instituted the Quik Chik (contains 500mg Rivoflavin per 4 oz of powder). I'd discontinued it due to the pasty butts, but fearing some kind of B-vitamin related paralysis and wanting to cover my bases, I'm back to adding a 1/4 tsp per quart of water.
