Golden sex link (they told me pullet, but this bird seems HUGE for 7 weeks old)

There are a lot of things you can do to when it comes to the sex of chickens.
Most are just observing their behavior and physical features. Roosters will have a larger comb and waddles and also generally larger (that is what happened with my Astralorps. One had a larger comb and waddles. I didn't realize my Ameraucana was a rooster until he started crowing. :/ ) They will also start to crow. Mine did at 4 months. (Also, when you have 2 roosters, they don't crow in the morning. They crow ALL DAY)
Some people know how to vent sex. But that isn't recommended for inexperienced people to do. But it is something you could do even when they are chicks.
Hope this helps!!
