How long should it take for chick to fluff

I have one chick that hatched at 11:30 a.m central time. He is still not dry and fluffed. The humidity is 73% which is the problem I think. What should I do? Leave him alone? Thanks so much for any advice. This is my first hatch so I'm nervous here :eek:
 
I see you asked a few hours ago, so you've probably taken him out of the incubator by now
