Is the gosling’s neck okay

My gosling is able to hold his head up but the neck is laying back. What can I do to help him, or will this fix on its own. Please respond.
 
Never had "wry neck" in any geese i raised but have had it in pheasants. I may be wrong but that what the description and pics indicate. Do a search on here for wry neck, you'll find plenty of remedies. Best luck
 
Thanks looks like vitamin e and Poly Vi Sol is the answer gave him both tonight. He is actually looking better.
