Rolling is always a good sign! That they are late could be a sign the incubator's temp has been too low. Be sure to keep the humidity up in there and the temp even and leave them be! Leaving the eggs alone is the best method of hatching them. My best hatches have been when I was at work so I couldn't even try to interfere or touch the incubator.
