You do have this turkey in quarantine (assuming you've other poultry), yes?
Without visual reference? Swolllen face: Mycoplasma G (Sinusitis). Tylan is the antibiotic of choice (won't cure but will leave asymptomatic if not infectious): http://www.merckvetmanual.com/mvm/p...lasma_gallisepticum_infection_in_poultry.html

Bumble foot/pododermatitis: Is the entire foot swollen, or is it limited to wide flattened area(s) (along bottoms of toes/footpad)?

it is behind the toes. we took off the plug and it is still in the early stages and she wont put any pressure on it.
