I'm pretty sure you're not going to get a Basque from TSC, but I'm not sure what the first one is. Post again when it's feathered out, that should help.

the second bird is an Easter Egger, according to the green toe peeking out.

Yea I thought the same but the only two chick pics that came up were those two..

Are EEs decent flyers? This one gets some decent air time and is super fast
 
Not a Japanese bantam. They are all yellow. The white feathers come in first with the black hidden underneath.... If you are talking about the little yellow chick being a black and white Japanese bantam.
