Pretty sure my Rouen is a Drake....

So I have a Rouen who is about 7 weeks old. He was vent sexed young and thought to be male. He also has a deeper voice. I am just wondering if you all think he does look like a drake? His head is turning green, however the rest of his coloring is that of a female. Is this just how he looks because he is still so young?

I have 2 ducks, both vent sexed young, believed to be male and female. The female definitely quacks, and he definitely doesnt! they are both about 7 weeks old.
