Few day old chicks have swollen vents / bleeding

I was able to get my chicks setup in a larger vrooder with more open air. I hope they will fo better and stop pecking each others butts.

You may want to move that food and water as far from the heat as possible. The heat lamp will warm that water, and drinking is one way a chick will cool itself.
 
I have gotton the light repositioned away from the water and food.

I appreciate all the feedback and help.
