Found a wing of one my 'scovie this AM... thought the lab was nosing on to something with a tad to much interest lol.
Ideas? when the coon got one my nesters in the round bales last year she was several feet away gutted out but i knew who she was.. of coarse foundation stock but moving on...
I "think" this was a female due to the size of what was left that said could not be 100% sure.. the flock is big now, i get in who i can .. after that come nightfall and Muscovies horrendously broody prone behavior makes it hard.
I think foxes snatch and grab, that has been my impression. I can find nothing more of her(or him) Wasn't far off my ewe and lamb pen and they would have gone berserk if it had been a bigger pred like the coyotes, wolves, puma that are around here, so not thinking those.
ETA; The lab runs around with me all AM so she didn't haul the parts up...
Thanks all!!
