What breed and gender is my duck

I got my precious Anastasia at the feed store. They said she was female. Any clue on breed and possibly confirm gender for me :) I'm new to ducks and chicken raising. No quack yet but lots of peeps. One phot of her now and the other is the day I brought her home. Dark bill, feet once dark are getting lighter.[VIDEO]

sorry i don't really know much on breeds but i do know that it is very hard to sex a duck. usually stores say that the duck is female because most people want females and they can also be more expensive. you'll probably have to wait till he/she is older

I don't know how true this is as I am new to chicks and ducks as well, but I read if they do one long quack, it is a female, and two short quack-quacks, it is a male. Doesn't help you yet, but hopefully soon!
 
Can someone please help me? This is Cresida and Octavia, who I hoped were girls but now are giving me mixed signals. Loud honk like quacking (in duckling version) but the slight up rise of the sprouting tail feathers. They're about a month old now and i believe are a mix of Harlequinn, Ancona, and Snyder









 
Im starting to think it is male. It is a welsh Harlequin I have figured that much out. Here is a more recent picture. now I am just trying to figure out gender. I am still hoping female but very doubtful. About 6-7 weeks in this picture.

Females usually have a very loud, clear quack. Males have more muted, nasally quacks. I googled the type of duck you said yours was and some pictures came up of males and females. I think yours is a female, but I'm not 100% sure.I F it's head turns iridescent green, then it's a male.

Sorry to hitchhike on your reply, Our grown male ducks never quack like our females do so i don't know what their voices sound like except for their little chirps. But the ducklings get really freaked out when they are picked up or the chickens are in sight and the darker one will start quacking really loudly with the other one but it comes out as more of a 'honk'. Over the past two weeks they've been surprising themselves with their growing voices. They still chirp under their breath but at times it can escalate to a very outraged or excited quack. Their voices have a very noticeable difference and i wonder if one is a boy. I know only time will tell but it's hard not to speculate.
 
No real quacking yet but I heard it can be 8weeks before quaking starts in this breed. Also do all drakes have curled tail feathers if so at what age? Mine does not

that is how I tell mine apart. I have two Pekin ducks and know which is the male and which is the female by their quacks. I also have two little Rouens that are both boys. Again, since they're not fully feathered but are quacking, I tell by the quacks.
